Order processing and delivery times
Order processing and shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. Once items have shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
France: 6 to 10 working days
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have provided a correct delivery address. We make every effort to expedite processing and delivery times; therefore, the margin for cancellation, modification, or change of delivery address is limited. If you wish to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as you place your order at info@bozzilusso.fr .
We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it, as change times vary.
If it's too late for our team to modify your order, the only option we can offer you is to wait for the package to be returned. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you within 14 days of delivery and receipt of your order.
To request a refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Email us your order number and the reason for the refund. If the product is defective, please attach a photo or video of the defective item to the email.
- If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and can ship it via the carrier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.
Once your refund is approved and processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that the total refund amount does not include shipping costs.
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@bozzilusso.fr and we will help you resolve the issue quickly.
Origin of the product

We know you may wonder where our products come from, but we assure you that we adhere to strict international standards. Each product is carefully inspected and tested before shipping, and we only work with reliable suppliers committed to ensuring impeccable quality. Liability for lost packages
Bozzi Lusso declines all responsibility for lost packages after shipment. We have been working with reputable logistics partners for many years, guaranteeing reliable service. Orders are shipped to the address you provided at checkout, and we always send you a tracking link. Our couriers make multiple delivery attempts and leave a delivery notice if you are absent. We recommend checking with your neighbors or the concierge if your package has been forgotten.
Refusal of delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of their order, a delivery fee of €20 will be charged. To avoid this fee, the customer must accept delivery of their order and can then return it in accordance with our refund policy.
Order cancellation
Once your order is placed, our automated systems immediately process it and prepare it for shipment. Therefore, it is important to notify us of any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. In most cases, we can still process the cancellation, but please note that we cannot guarantee delivery if the order has already been processed.
However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment upon receipt and processing of the items in our warehouse.
