Refund Policy
Notice: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you accepted the terms and conditions when making your purchase.

At Bozzi Lusso, your complete satisfaction is our priority!
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We decline all responsibility in the event of:
– theft of the package from the mailbox; – delivery of the package to neighbors or to the home if the customer is not present at the time of delivery.
NO REFUNDS will be issued in the event of an error in entering delivery information when placing your order.
Please check your first and last name and delivery address carefully BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.
Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.
The time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary depending on your location.
NO REFUNDS are possible on promotional products, including sales, clearances, seasonal sales and Black Friday.
Terms:
The product must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging. Products requiring hygiene precautions must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, socks and certain hygiene products.
Starting the procedure:
To return a product, please email info@bozzilusso.fr , indicating your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product (if damaged), and your contact information. We only have one return address in China; returning to any other address is therefore not possible and will not be sufficient for a refund. Returns sent without prior notice will be considered invalid.
Returns at your own risk:
Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company declines all responsibility for lost or detained packages in customs during the return process.
Tracking and traceability:
Your return must be accompanied by a track and trace code, which you must provide to us. This allows us to determine exactly when your return will arrive at our warehouse, after which we will immediately process your refund. Without a tracking code, we cannot track your shipment and your right to a refund will be void, as we cannot confirm receipt of your order.
Refund: Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Important information:
We are not responsible for packages held in customs, whether in Italy or China. We only process packages received at our warehouses.
Delay or absence of reimbursement:
If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account. If you still haven't received it yet, please contact us at info@bozzilusso.fr
Fees: Return fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of all customers. We recommend providing a tracking number when returning the item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. The product must be returned to China. Return shipping costs start at €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective Products: If you received a defective product, we will always send you a new one free of charge.
Refusal of delivery:
If a customer refuses delivery of their order, a delivery fee of €25 will be charged. To avoid this fee, the customer must accept delivery of their order and can then return it in accordance with our refund policy.
Responsibility for lost packages:
Bozzi Lusso declines all responsibility for lost packages after shipment. We have been working with reputable logistics partners for many years, guaranteeing reliable service. Orders are shipped to the address you provided at checkout, and we always send you a tracking link. Our couriers make multiple delivery attempts and leave a delivery notice if you are absent. We recommend checking with your neighbors or the concierge if your package has been forgotten.
Cancellation of an order:
Once your order is placed, our automated systems immediately process it and prepare it for shipment. Therefore, it is important that you notify us of any cancellation requests.
Cancellation within one hour of order confirmation. In most cases, we can still process cancellations, but please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if your order has already been processed.
However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund you upon receipt and processing of the items in our warehouse.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bozzilusso.fr using the email address you used when you made your purchase.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN CHINA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, INCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES.
IF YOU SENT THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS INDICATED ON THE LABEL, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND YOU.
